Job Description
Responsibilities
- Collaborate as a second line of contact for B2B inquiries working closely with our Key Account Managers as well as Product and Accounting Teams on SCAYLE Payments related topics
- Investigate technical issues resolving them directly or escalating them to the appropriate expert teams
- Monitor the ticket progress and support teams throughout the problem resolution process.
- Provide feedback to the Product and Finance Team identifying areas for improvements and optimization
- Oversee tool-assisted monitoring and maintenance of B2B customer integration processes proactively aligning with the Key Account Manager Team
Requirements
- Embrace learning and exploration of new technologies and tools.
- Ideally have experience in customer support or similar service roles with a strong passion for problem-solving
- Familiarity with JIRA or similar ticketing systems is a big plus
- Experience in fintech and/or financial operations is a plus
- Keen interest in learning how to solve Data Integration issues and an ability to learn independently.
- Be a motivated organized and detail-oriented team player with strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English being able to confidently explain complex topics and expressing ideas even without being a native speaker
