Job Description
Korean Womens Association (KWA) is seeking a Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Technician in Lakewood WA. The Facilities & Grounds Maintenance Tech is responsible for general maintenance janitorial duties landscaping and minor repairs. Part time position working 25 hours per week. Performs daily cleaning and janitorial duties in and around the facility.
Conduct routine landscaping duties.
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Monitor inventory of cleaning and maintenance supplies.
Requirements:
Working knowledge of power and hand tools.
Working knowledge of landscaping and janitorial duties.
Valid drivers license preferred.
Experience and skills:
3 years of experience preferred.
Balanced ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple departments.
Good computer skills.
Compensation & Benefits: $19.00 - $23.00 per hour. DOE. Part Time 25 Hours per week. Medical vision dental benefits 401k retirement plan and Paid Time Off available. Apply at Experience:
