Purpose of your Role
As a Partnerships Account Executive Accounting Channel you will be responsible for acquiring enabling and expanding strategic relationships with accounting firms bookkeeping networks and financial software partners. You will accelerate revenue through new partner acquisition by positioning OFX as the premier financial operations solution for their clients.
What youll do:
- Own the full sales cycle with a focus on acquiring mid-market to enterprise accounting and bookkeeping partners who serve SMB clients.
- Develop and execute partner strategies that drive client referrals platform integrations and active usage.
- Deliver compelling value propositions to C-level decision-makers at accounting firms showcasing how OFX enables client growth and reduces operational friction.
- Work cross-functionally with marketing to develop enablement materials campaigns and events targeting the accounting ecosystem.
- Onboard and train new partners ensuring they are confident in recommending OFX to their clients and leveraging available resources.
- Manage a pipeline of strategic opportunities and deliver against quarterly sales targets across FX volume revenue and partner engagement.
- Champion the voice of the partner internally to influence product pricing and customer support improvements.
Qualifications :
What you bring:
- 5 years of experience in channel sales or B2B SaaS sales preferably selling through or to accounting firms fintech platforms or professional service providers.
- Proven success in building new revenue partnerships and achieving or exceeding quota.
- Understanding of financial software (e.g. Xero QuickBooks) Payments and the role of accountants in SMB financial workflows.
- Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
- Highly organized with a self-starter mindset capable of running complex partner engagements with limited supervision.
- Experience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced high-growth environment.
- Passion for helping small and medium businesses grow through better financial tools.
The salary range for this position is $110000 - $120000 CAD. Exact salary offered will be dependent on multiple factors including level of experience job-related knowledge skills work location etc. In addition to base salary this role may be eligible for a variable bonus. As part of the compensation package benefits are also offered for all full-time roles and part-time roles working a minimum of 24 hours a week.
We also offer a flexible hybrid working model where employees typically work 1-2 days from one of our North American offices (San Francisco Toronto or Edmonton).
