About the Role

Were seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Administrator to support the successful delivery of UPAs capital works program.

Working closely with the Head of Capital Works youll provide high-level administrative organisational and coordination support to ensure projects are delivered on time within budget and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide efficient administrative support across the capital works program
  • Coordinate documentation reporting compliance and project timelines
  • Act as a central point of communication for project stakeholders
  • Support progress tracking milestone management and reporting
  • Manage low-value low-risk and low-complexity capital works projects under guidance
  • Maintain and improve project systems workflows and document control

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration Project Management Quantity Surveying Engineering Construction Trades or a related field
  • At least 3 years experience in project administration coordination or a similar role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Excel PowerPoint SharePoint) and project tools such as Microsoft Project Aconex UniPhi or Celoxis
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Collaborative and team-oriented approach with the ability to build strong relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure

Desirable

  • Experience in aged care healthcare retirement living or related sectors such as residential hospitality or community infrastructure
  • Experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO) environment
