The Manager Construction & Deferred Maintenance Projects reports to the Director Facilities Management and leads and oversees deferred maintenance and construction projects ensuring they are completed on time within budget and in alignment with institutional goals. Acting as the primary point of contact between the college and external partners this role ensures effective coordination compliance with regulations and successful execution throughout the project lifecycle.ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
