Local Scope:Report to the local HR Manager.
Global Scope:Dotted line reporting to the Senior HR for international projects within the Pharma line of business.
Education:Bachelors degree in Legal Law Employee relations Human Resources or related field or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
Experience:Strong background in Employee Relations including labor law compliance collective bargaining conflict resolution and workplace investigations. Experience managing or supporting HR-related projects is desired.
Fluent in English and Spanish
Skills:Strong oral and written communication skills ability to analyze and resolve problems project management skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
Team Player:Established skills in collaborating with team members and stakeholders.
Communication:Excellent communication skills both oral and written.
