Pricing Admin

We are looking for a Pricing Admin to work a hybrid schedule near one of our distribution facilities in Zeeland MI Amherst NH Allentown PA Channahon IL or Dallas TX. This person will be responsible for supporting the Pricing team in maintaining and managing pricing changes while generating standard and unique reports for all Novos business units for the Pro Dealer customer channel. The person in the position must maintain a high service level with internal customers by effectively managing priorities and responding in a timely fashion.

Salary for this position ranges from $45000 to $55000 *depending on location and experience*

Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible for Pro Dealer National Accounts and Novo Direct pricing for all Novo entities and warehouses.
• Generates and distributes pricing-related reports and other information such as price books price lists SPP reviews cost reports etc.
• Supports Pricing Specialists with New Customer setups and new item setups per Novos guidelines.
• Completes pricing report requests submitted through the Service Desk Request system on a prioritized and as needed basis.
• Runs daily action reports for review and response as outlined with communication as required to internal customers.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

• Bachelors degree and/or combination of 3-4 years experience in pricing or sales administration.
• Proficient software skills include Microsoft Word Excel and Outlook. Prior experience with a fully integrated ERP system.
• Excellent attention to detail orientation and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capability to communicate efficiently with all levels of employees management customers and vendors both verbally and in written form with the ability to translate complex financial data into concise information.

Travel Requirements

• Willingness and ability to travel on a limited basis as the position requires.
