DescriptionExecutive Assistant provides administrative support to the Director for Temporal Affairs in the Europe North Area. Offices are located in High Wycombe northwest of London. We are hiring highly motivated professionals who wish to give their best to the cause of the building of the Lords Kingdom.
Responsibilities- At the highest administrative level may act as coordinator ofdepartmental projects following up on pending detailscoordinating project team activities and ensuring deadlines aremet
- Collects evaluates disseminates and maintains complexinformation and data from multiplesources
- This position requires a broad knowledge of the organizationsstructure functions and key personneletc.
- Serve as a liaison between the senior leadership and other keymembers of management employees and outside contactsrelated to departmentactivities
- Composes correspondence memoranda reportsinvoices etc.
- Screens telephone calls and visitors and resolves issues andinquiries
- Schedules and maintains calendar of appointments meetings andtravel itineraries and coordinates relatedarrangements.
- Prepares and distributes minutes ofmeetings
- Works with highly sensitive and confidentialinformation
Qualifications- Strong commitment to the mission of the Church of Jesus Christ ofLatter-days Saints
- Requires a High School diploma or equivalent plus two years ofpost-high school education or training
- Several years of proven experience in an administrative position
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English bothwritten and verbal additional European language skills are anadded advantage
- Advancedcomputer skills and experience including Microsoft Officeapplications and aptitude to learn other software applications
- Ability to work with sensitive and highly confidential information
- Valid driving license
- It is expected that candidate resides or is willing to relocate within an hour from the Area Office in High Wycombe
