Join us as aPrincipal Solution Architect (PSA)and help shape enterprise data strategies that drive real business outcomes.
In this Presales role youll lead discovery engagements to understand client needs define scalable data strategies and design cutting-edge solutions acrossData Warehousing BI and Advanced Analyticswith a strong focus onstreaming and lakehouse architecturesusingDatabricksandSnowflake.
Act as a trusted technical advisor in the sales cycle building client confidence in Versents capabilities.
Collaborate with deal teams to qualify opportunities and craft compelling solution proposals (SOWs RFPs bids).
Guide clients through tool selection based on both functional and non-functional requirements.
Design solution architectures from business case to delivery working closely with engineering and IT teams.
Define solution features phases and requirements and ensure delivery aligns with specifications.
Lead Proof of Concept/Value engagements data strategy development and customer demos.
Support Practice Directors in developing reusable domain collateral and delivery methods.
Co-lead projects with PMs especially during early architecture and tool selection phases.
A passion for white boarding and designing solutionsDatabricks experience is essential.
Strong technical and analytical knowledge across cloud data technologies: lakehouses data mesh real-time analytics advanced analytics and governance.
Proven experience in customer-facing sales-aligned roles (e.g. Consultant Enterprise Data Architect).
Exposure to multi-year enterprise data platform (EDP) programs.
Ability to engage senior stakeholders (CDO CTO CIO CMO CFO) with confidence.
Track record of running PoCs to validate technology against business use cases.
Strategic mindset with experience delivering data strategies and client proposals.
Strong influencing and negotiation skills to gain stakeholder buy-in.
Analytical problem-solving and sound judgment.
Ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes and influence client direction.
