The opportunity
Southern New Hampshire University is seeking a student employee to fill the role of Mail Clerk. The Mail Clerk will support the mailroom with administrative tasks; this includes answering phones and responding to in-person inquiries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers at the window with a friendly and professional approach.
- Assist customers with any shipping needs.
- Collecting payment for any transactions.
- Answer the main phone line and direct calls as needed.
- Other administrative tasks will be assigned as needed.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Enrollment in an Undergraduate On-Campus Day program at SNHU.
- Highly dependable and flexible.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Attendance punctuality and reliability are vital.
Work Schedule:
- 6-10hrs weekly.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $12.00 - $15.00. Actual offer will be based on skills qualifications experience and internal equity in addition to relevant business considerations.Employment Type
