SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION:
Load unload and move stock and other materials manually for intra-district offices and schools.
SUPERVISED BY:
Facilities Manager
ESSENTIAL JOB ELEMENTS:
- Drive in a safe prudent manner at all times.
- Deliver and distribute district mail and supplies in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a consistent schedule for mail delivery and pick up.
- Deliver custodial supplies from central warehouse to schools as needed.
- Pick up district mail from the Eagle Post Office and deliver to the district office.
- Report any vehicle malfunctions and problems to the district mechanics and maintenance department. Keep Director of Facilities informed of all problems.
- Fuel the delivery vehicle so that there is a full tank of fuel at all times.
- Wash and clean interior of the vehicle as needed.
- Assist in minor maintenance tasks if needed.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Colorado Drivers License and meet all ECSD insurance requirements.
- Pass motor vehicle reference check.
