We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry Clerk to join our administrative team in Columbus OH. In this role you will be responsible for accurately inputting updating and managing a variety of data related to property listings client records and transaction documentation. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working independently maintains a high level of accuracy and thrives in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities
Enter and update client property and transaction data into internal databases
Review data for deficiencies or errors and correct any incompatibilities
Maintain digital and physical filing systems
Generate routine reports and summaries as requested
Ensure data integrity and confidentiality at all times
Assist other departments with administrative data tasks as needed
Follow procedures and company policies to ensure accurate recordkeeping
Qualifications :
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associates degree preferred)
Proven experience as a data entry clerk office assistant or similar role
Excellent typing speed and accuracy
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel Word) and data entry software
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Strong verbal and written communication skills
