Job Description

Information Technology (IT) Management and End User Computing (EUC) Support


Premier Enterprise Solutions is seeking an Information Technology Management Support Technologist. This position will provide support to the OUSD environment consists of approximately 900 users that will need Information Technology Management End User Desktop Computing and Secure Communications Support Services of varying scopes and level of effort.


Tasks may include:

  • Support the Information Technology Manager (ITM) with end user computing requirements across the OUSD enterprise; coordinate with internal Joint Service Provider (JSP) centers to support the execution of customer missions program operations and requirements; present customer requirements to JSP leadership at Executive Committee (EC) meetings for decision (approve/disapprove).
  • Provide ITM support to Pentagon and external off-site locations for above standard IT requirements that are executed as JSP projects; serving as project manager to oversee and manage the execution of projects to ensure service providers are meeting requirements scope of work. The Contractor can expect this to be a daily and weekly occurrence.
  • Provide project management support & oversight of IT and EUC requirements for organizations internal and external moves. The Contractor shall work with external service providers (e.g. JSP DIA industry) to coordinate and execute office moves in the Pentagon and external offsite spaces; communicate project scope schedule and completion times with both customers and Contractors; coordinate with JSP OSR move teams on numerous move projects requiring detailed move requirements timelines and coordination. On a yearly basis OUSD has approximately 20 DISA J6 Projects for network transport and end-user desktop requirements throughout the NCR with varying scope of work and level of effort based on organizational requirements and mission requirements.
  • Support OUSD end users as Joint Worldwide Intelligence Communication System (JWICS) Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) Trusted Agent and SIPR PKI Trusted Agent (assisting in user account creation PKI management password/account resets and troubleshooting of PKI accounts and setting up users certs on a new device).
  • Comply and maintain mandatory annual certification and/or training requirements to be granted elevated account privileges required to support as PKI Trusted Agent. The Contractor can expect this to be as frequent as a daily occurrence.
  • Serve as liaison between DISA Joint Service Provider and OUSD community to keep abreast of routine and emergency information technology requirements changes service interruptions and collect information for dissemination to customers of upcoming DISA JSP initiatives and projects.

SKILLS/QUIALIFICATIONS

  • Six years of experience in an Information Technology Management Support Capacity.

EDUCATION:

  • B.S./B.A. in similar field required

CLEARANCE:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI Required

WORK LOCATION:

  • Onsite - Washington D.C.
