Role Responsibilities:
- Work with a diverse team of heat transfer and systems experts
- Lead technology development programs that will enable career growth
- Solve engineering problems critical to the reduction in energy use and carbon emissions
- Join the R&D sector of the leading global HVAC&R company
Role Purpose:
- Lead technology development programs and deliver on-time solutions to customers.
- Develop validate and deploy new heat exchanger technologies for Carriers current and growing range of products
- Identify and pursue innovation opportunities that improve efficiency cost reliability and competitiveness of Carrier products.
- Develop and apply state-of-art design and simulation tools to optimize heat exchanger performance
- Design and employ heat transfer test facilities; plan and supervise laboratory experiments.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree with 4 years of engineering experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters degree with 2 years of relevant hands-on engineering experience
- PhD degree with 1 years of relevant hands-on engineering experience

Pay Range:
