To continue our growth story were currently seeking a Sales Performance Manager to join our Retail Excellence (REX) Team.
Purpose of the Role
The Sales Performance Manager is responsible for driving continuous improvement in the commercial performance of Amplifons store network in Spain. The role leads national Retail Excellence initiatives across commercial planning operational execution organisational development and data-driven decision-making. Acting as a key link between Commercial Marketing Training BI and IT this position fosters a high-performance customer-centric culture aligned with Amplifons global standards.
