Job Description
The S. Dale High Center at Elizabethtown College is seeking a Managing Director Berks and Montgomery region staff member. The primary purpose of this position is to assist the Senior Managing Director of Membership Development in planning organizing and coordinating projects and activities associated with the expansion of the High Center into new markets and developing a franchise model. This position also assists other CFB staff in the same. Resident of the Berks/Montgomery area preferred. This position is remote with the occasional required meeting on campus at Etown College.

Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree plus ten years of experience in leadership and customer relations and proficient with MicrosoftOffice Suite. This position requires a valid drivers license for business travel purposes (individual must have a US drivers license for at least three years; a motor vehicle record check will be run and the incumbent must pass the Colleges MVR rating system).
