The Student Technology Assistant provides customer service administrative and technical support for the Virtual Tech Hub and Educational Technology Services.
Responsibilities
The Student Technology Assistant will provide support for Educational Technology Services to provide assistance and computer support for Chapman University faculty staff and student end users. Create charts and graphs from Excel and other data applications Create materials in Office 365 and/or Google Workspace Support technology training and consultations Create step-by-step instructions/documentation for faculty/students in various software applications Troubleshoot faculty/student issues with software platforms Other administrative duties or special projects as assigned
Required Qualifications
Little to minimal prior experience. Ability to learn the support process. Familiarity with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office 365 Workspace. Able to work a flexible schedule.
