We are looking for an enthusiastic
This is important to us
- A first professional experience in Event Management or Coordination is essential
- Strong copywriting skills with the ability to create engaging and approachable content
- Eye for design ideally with some experience in graphic design tools (e.g. Canva Adobe).
- Highly organized and self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks build rapport across international teams and work independently while meeting deadlines
Our Offer
- To support event planning and execution by organizing schedules managing invites coordinating internal communication drafting social media content and researching potential prospects and attendees.
- To attend on-site events (25% Travel) and to provide hands-on support with logistics and marketing activities
- To create and manage social media content
- To support marketing initiatives through light graphic design industry research and assistance with special projects
