Job Description
We are currently seekingConstruction Real EstateLawyers to join Axioms network and support our highly well-known clients.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a caseload including acquisitions and dispositions planning and development expropriations construction energy environmental issues and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and/or support due diligence efforts including title and lease3 reviews in connection with major transactions and cross-functional business initiatives.
- Advise on complex redevelopment projects ensuring alignment with operations requirements and strategic business goals.
- Analyze and interpret contracts and relevant legislations and prepare clear actionable legal opinions.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must be a licensed lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario and physically located in any Canadian province.
- Over 8 years of experience specializing in: commercial leasing real estate transactions construction planning and development environmental or energy law.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to clients and colleagues.
