The Role
The role of the Senior People & Culture Business Partner is to support the delivery of people and culture programs and initiatives to add value and support the achievement of the overall organisation strategy. The role will partner with leaders to deliver on the ISPT strategy through its people. With a strong focus on using people insights to define and drive actionable people plans to deliver business results and coaching leaders to build capability shift culture and drive performance.
