What does a successful Physical Security Sr. Professional do at Fiserv

As a Physical Security Sr. Professional you will work closely with the Physical Security Manager and will be responsible for overseeing security operations across the facility ensuring the safety of all employees and assets and ensuring adherences to Fiserv and Payment Card Industry (PCI) policy standards. This role develops and implements security procedures supervises the security team and coordinates emergency response and risk mitigation strategies.

What you will do:

• Manage daily security operations including patrols access control and incident reporting
• Assist in training and oversight for all security personnel including emergency response customer service and de-escalation protocols
• Coordinate with local Law Enforcement Fire Department and Emergency Services as needed
• Maintain and monitor security systems (Access Control alarms and CCTV) and report maintenance as needed
• Collaborate with all departments on the campus to ensure the safety and security of all individuals
• Communicate with Guard Force staff during severe weather emergencies ensuring the facility remains secure and all CCTV remains operational

What you will need to have:

• Experience with Access Control and CCTV programs specifically C-CURE 9000 and Victor Unified Client
• Experience with MS Office Suite and global security systems
• Experience answering emergency calls during off-peak office hours (including nights and weekends)
• 4 plus years of an equivalent combination of educational background related experience and/or military experience

What would be great to have:

• Experience with Payment Card Industry (PCI) auditing

• This role is on-site Monday through Friday. Fiserv considers in-person collaboration to be an essential part of this role as in-person office experiences help you with your overall onboarding.
• May require emergency off-peak onsite activities.
• Emergency travel deployment may be required.
