Working Schedule: Part-Time typically Thursday- Saturday 3pm-7pm Sunday 2pm-6pm US Mountain Time (Approx. 15 25 hours per week flexible)

Position Summary: The Part-Time Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing screening and coordinating candidates for security guard positions. This role requires excellent communication skills an understanding of recruiting best practices and the ability to engage candidates in a competitive labor market.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract qualified security guard candidates.
Reply to posted job ads across multiple platforms (job boards social media community groups etc.).
Screen resumes conduct phone screenings and schedule interviews.
Partner with the hiring manager to understand staffing needs and role requirements.
Maintain a candidate pipeline to ensure adequate staffing levels for contracts.
Assist candidates through the onboarding process including background checks licensing and training compliance.
Track recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on progress.
Qualifications: Previous recruiting HR or staffing experience minimum 2 years preferred (security industry experience a plus)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) job boards and social media recruiting.
Understanding of city state and state licensing requirements for security guards (preferred training provided if needed).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Sales experience preferred
Education: High school diploma GED or equivalent
2-year college degree preferred
