Work in a premier environment as a Packaging/Labeling Tech II on the 2nd Shift. Collaborate with a results-focused team following established processes.

What will you do

Packaging/Manufacturing Technician II needed for regulated packaging environment. Work with team on various tasks.

  • Manual or automated assembly manufacturing filling packaging and labeling of pharmaceutical products.
  • Ensuring adherence to specifications and maintaining the highest quality standards.
  • Working alongside cross-functional teams with support from a Room Leader.
  • Performing tasks according to Good Manufacturing Principles customer requirements and Standard Operating Procedures.

How will you get here

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience with the ability to read write and complete basic mathematics calculations.
  • Experience in a similar role is a plus.
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and job sign-in/sign-out.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Dedication to safety and adherence to all safety regulations.
  • Physical ability to meet the job requirements including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.

Knowledge Skills Abilities

  • Hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Ability to problem-solve and troubleshoot.
  • Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Ability to adapt to new situations and challenges.
  • Proficiency in reading understanding and adhering to SOPs and GMP policies.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand walk and perform tasks continuously.
  • Capacity to lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
  • Vision requirements including close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision and depth perception.
  • Must be able to work in varying temperature environments.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly pay range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $15.26$22.89.
