Regular reliable and non-disruptive attendance is an essential job duty as is the ability to create and maintain collegial harmonious working relationships with others.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree from an accredited institution of higher learning
At least seven years of experience coaching at the collegiate or professional level
Demonstrated knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Preferred Qualifications:
Proven success in coaching recruiting and working with athletes
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
Organized individual with strong administrative interpersonal and computer skills
Ability to engage effectively with others of diverse cultures or backgrounds and effectively interact with high energy intense personalities
Ability to work a non-standard work week which will include nights weekends holidays and overnight travel
