What Youll Do
- Be the go-to expert for all things HRIS including implementation administration and system optimization.
- Lead and support critical HR tech initiativesthink benefits platforms applicant tracking systems (ATS) PTO tracking and more.
- Manage data integrity generate reports and deliver analytics that help drive strategic decision-making.
- Train and support HRIS users across the companymaking complex tools accessible and useful for everyone.
- Collaborate with HR on payroll and benefits to streamline processes and ensure seamless system performance.
- Contribute to payroll prep benefits data management and HR dashboards with accuracy and speed.
Who You Are
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience using HRIS systems.
- Strong technical and analytical skillscomfortable with reporting tools data analysis and system configuration.
- Demonstrated knowledge of payroll and benefit administration regulations
- A team-oriented attitude with exceptional communication and customer service skills.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Information Technology Computer Science Business Administration or a related field.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credential preferred.
- Experience with ADP is strongly preferred.
