This position is remote and can live anywhere in the United States.
Travel - 25% travel as needed.
I. Job Summary
Responsible for accelerating the rate of change across the enterprise by leading and/or working on cross functional teams to drive economic and operational efficiency through innovation agility scalability and reliability to existing processes or new business ideas.
Key areas of responsibility for this position include working on projects across their lifecycle from pre-launch to launch to post project closure with specific emphasis on business case analysis process management and providing business analytics.
II. Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each duty ancillary duties may be assigned.
Change Manager:
Leads and facilitates organizational change initiatives focusing on the human element to ensure smooth transitions and minimize and implement strategies to help employees adopt new processes technologies or includes creating communication plans training programs and support systems to facilitate the transition
III. Supervisory Responsibilities
Supervision of up to five employees
IV. Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
Education:Bachelors Degree (accredited) in Finance Project Management Business Administration or similar area of study or in lieu of degree High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant experience in the transportation logistics or waste industry.
Experience:Four years of prior work experience with a proven track record of continual business process improvement and innovation simultaneously meeting financial operations and customer demands (in addition to education requirement).
B. Certificates Licenses Registrations or Other Requirements
Project management certification preferred.
C. Other Knowledge Skills or Abilities Required

The expected salary range for this position is $112700 - $148000. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidates relevant experience education training certifications qualifications and work location.
