Site Address: 8915 Crane Ave Cleveland OH 44105
Days: Saturday- Thursday (Fridays off)
Schedule:5pm - 2am with the flexibility for later shifts if staffing or truck issues happen
Salary - 55k - 68K

What Youll Do
- Ensures all operations procedures are followed safely and effectively identifies and recommends needed changes to Manager on the standardized processes for the functional area.
- Guide workers in daily operations and monitors to ensure a high degree of productivity safety service and quality.
- Resolves workers relations issues that arise in assigned functional area.
- Monitor dock operation to ensure on time delivery of all customer orders with accuracy and quality.
- Responsible for safety throughout warehouse floor. Instill safety first mindset within group.
- Follow warehouse schedules and ensure shifts are adequately staffed.
- Evaluate warehouse needs for daily assignment of duties adjustment resources as required.
- Oversee warehouse sanitation.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in logistics supply chain management or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations with at least 2years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Knowledge of food safety and quality assurance regulations as well as inventory planning and supply chain management principles.
- Experience in financial management including budgeting and implementing cost-saving strategies.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Physical Requirements
The physical requirements is that you must be able to carry lift and/or move up to 60-80 pounds.
