Client Training Specialist

What does a successful Client Training Specialist doAs a Client Training Specialist at Fiserv you will play a critical role in delivering top-notch training to our clients on our financial industry software. Your work will help clients gain a comprehensive understanding of our solutions enhancing their operational efficiency and customer service quality. You will embody our values by creating meaningful knowledge transfer and continuously improving our training processes to build and maintain client trust.

What you will do:

• Deliver engaging training sessions onsite and/or virtually to enhance client understanding and use of our financial software.
• Monitor training systems identify issues and ensure client readiness.
• Make recommendations to improve training processes and documentation.
• Understand compliance and banking procedures to effectively address client inquiries.
• Respond to inquiries from internal and external stakeholders regarding training system requirements processing and functionality.
• Enter client data into internal LMS systems for accurate record-keeping and tracking.
• Stay updated on network regulatory requirements and client guidelines.
• Travel up to 50% for training delivery.

What you will need to have:

• Associates degree and/or equivalent military experience.
• 3 years of experience in adult education or financial training.
• 3 years of experience in delivering training through eLearning virtual classroom and instructor-led training.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 (Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint Teams OneDrive SharePoint).
• Expertise in creating and managing content with curriculum design software/tools.

What would be great to have:

• 4 years of experience in financial software training specifically with DNA software.
• Experience in banking industry areas such as Loan Servicing Deposit Operations Business Intelligence and Technical Operations.
• Expertise in standard business software programs and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet departmental and client needs.
• Intermediate computer skills with a minimum typing speed of 40 WPM.

Salary Range

These pay ranges apply to employees in New Jersey New York and California. Pay ranges for employees in other states may differ.
