Job Description
Are you passionate about making a real difference in the lives of others The SWMCCC Community Treatment Program a subsidiary of Southwest Multi-County Correction Center (SWMCCC) is seeking a Licensed Addiction Counselor to join our dedicated and compassionate team.
Position Overview
As a Licensed Addiction Counselor you will play a vital role in supporting individuals on their journey to recovery. You will:
Conduct chemical dependency evaluations
Assist with and facilitate chemical dependency treatment services
Collaborate effectively with a supportive team-oriented environment
Qualifications
Must hold a current North Dakota LAC license
Bachelors degree required
1 year of experience preferred but newly licensed candidates are welcome to apply
Compensation & Benefits
Starting at $34/hour
100% employer-paid health insurance for employee and dependents
Paid holidays
Retirement plan eligibility after 1 year of full-time employment (employer contributes 10% match on retirement plan)
