The ideal candidate is bilingual (English/Spanish) detail-oriented organized and thrives on delivering an exceptional customer experience. Automotive BDC experience is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound scripted calls with current and prospective customers
Respond to internet leads customer emails and chat inquiries
Schedule appointments and follow up on no-shows
Make outbound calls to past customers and promote special campaigns
Perform customer satisfaction and follow-up calls
Maintain accurate CRM records and update customer database
Support sales and marketing initiatives as needed
Qualifications:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
Automotive BDC or call center experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Confident coachable and motivated to succeed
Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Tech-savvy with strong PC and internet skills
Able to thrive independently in a fast-paced environment
Compensation:
Hourly pay Uncapped Monthly Bonuses
