Supports daily office operations and provides key administrative support to senior leaders. Responsibilities include managing internal and external communications drafting letters screening correspondence taking meeting notes and maintaining records. This role requires a quick thinker with strong multitasking abilities to handle diverse projects run errands and ensure smooth office workflows. Attention to detail organization and discretion are essential.
Qualifications:
3 years experience as an Administrative Assistant required
Creating managing and publishing content for social media platforms
Events Coordinator experience is a plus
Office experience - required
MS Word and Excel experience - required
May have to travel - must have reliable transportation
Effective written and verbal communication
Clean background and drug screen
