Commercial Lines Producer
Location: Philadelphia PA (Hybrid)
A rapidly growing national insurance brokerage is seeking experienced and driven Commercial Lines Producers to join its expanding team. This organization offers producers the support and autonomy to grow their book while playing a key role in regional market development.
What Youll Do:
Build and manage a book of upper-mid market commercial accounts
Develop and maintain strong client relationships across targeted industries
Prospect new business opportunities and close complex commercial deals
Collaborate with experienced account executives and producers in a team-based environment
Contribute to the long-term growth of a key regional office with opportunity to shape strategy
Ideal Background:
Proven B2B sales experience ideally in commercial insurance financial services or consultative sales roles
Industry specialization (e.g. D&O Cyber Construction Public Entity Real Estate) is a plus
Background in producer wholesale or high-performing service roles welcomed
Formal sales training and college degree required
Self-starters with a fearless entrepreneurial mindset strongly encouraged
