Job Description

We are looking for aTechnical Helpdesk Support Engineer-Device Imaging& Inventory. This position willbeFull Time andOnsite- Gurugram (5 days a week)

What Youll Do

  • Image laptops with company-approved operating systems and software packages.
  • Perform initial setup and configuration of new devices.
  • Maintain accurate inventory of laptops.
  • Unbox label and organize new and replaced hardware..
  • Ensure devices are tested and fully functional before deployment.
  • Support end-users by providing ready-to-use laptops.
  • Maintain and update the inventory records and device assignments.
  • Run company approved disposal Images on returned laptops.

What Youll Need

  • 12 years of experience in IT supporthardware deployment or related field.
  • Familiarity with imaging tools ( similar) would be an added advantage.
  • Basic understanding of Windows machines.
  • Strongattention to detailandorganizational skills.
  • Good communication andtime managementskills.


Good to Have:

  • Experience with inventory management systems orticketing tools(Remedy).

Physical Demands

  • Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings etc.
  • Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer utilizing a mouse keyboard and monitor.
