Opening in the heart of Mayfair The St. Regis London marks the brands grand debut in the United Kingdom. Set within a meticulously restored historic building on Bond Street this landmark property will offer a new benchmark in luxury hospitality. With its signature butler service refined design by Richmond International and a curated blend of heritage and modernity The St. Regis London is poised to become a destination of distinction for global tastemakers dignitaries and discerning travelers.

AsDirector of Revenue you will be a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for shaping and executing the commercial strategy of one of Londons most anticipated luxury openings. This role is not just about managing numbersits about unlocking the full revenue potential of a flagship property through strategic foresight market intelligence and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead the development and implementation of pricing distribution and inventory strategies across all segments ensuring alignment with brand positioning and market dynamics. Your insights will directly influence business decisions from sales and marketing to operations and owner relations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the hotels revenue management vision aligning with the broader commercial strategy and brand ethos of St. Regis.
  • Market Intelligence: Monitor competitive landscape demand trends and economic indicators to inform proactive pricing and inventory decisions.
  • Collaboration & Influence: Partner with Sales Marketing Digital and Operations to ensure cohesive execution of revenue strategies.
  • Performance Optimization: Leverage Marriotts advanced systems and tools to forecast analyze and optimize performance across transient group and wholesale segments.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted advisor to ownership Marriott corporate teams and property leadership providing clear insights and recommendations.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in luxury hotel revenue management ideally within a flagship or pre-opening environment.
  • Deep understanding of the London market and global luxury travel trends.
  • Strong analytical acumen commercial instinct and leadership presence.
  • Expertise in Marriott systems (e.g. One Yield MARSHA CI/TY) is highly desirable.
  • A passion for excellence and a commitment to delivering on the legacy of St. Regis.
  • Must have the legal right to work in the United Kingdom; sponsorship is not available.
