Job Description
Bilingual Front Office Staff
Location:Keystone Infectious Disease
Schedule:Monday Friday Full Time (40hours/week) No weekends or holidays
Are you detail-oriented organized and a strong team player Do you thrive in a fast-paced medical environment and enjoy helping patients If so you may be the perfect fit for our Bilingual Front Office Staff position at Keystone Infectious Disease.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and provide phone coverage as needed
- Verify insurance coverage and update patient demographics
- Check patients in and out for appointments
- Collect co-pays and payments
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Support the clinical team in expediting patient care whenever possible
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 13 years of experience in a medical office setting preferred
- Fluency in both Spanish and English is required
- Strong communication time management and organizational skills
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and evolving environment
