Job Description
STAFF PHARMACIST - RETAIL Administering retail pharmacy approved Vaccinations for flu/COVID offsite and onsite clinics. Assist retail pharmacy vaccination schedule/walk-ins Mandatory Quals: BSP degree RPH license in the State of Ohio current pharmacy-based immunization delivery certificate current BLS Preferred Quals: Pharm D Required Licenses: Licensed Pharmacist in Ohio BLS current Immunization delivery certificate Physical Environment: Stand sit and administer vaccinations
Shift: 2 - 7 hours per event
