The Cluster Manager (also know as Area Manager) provides support to 7 Scope Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes five Site Managers and a diverse group of long-standing Support Workers.
This role is based out of the Kingsgrove Head Office and you are required to travel too Berkshire Park Plumpton Jordan Springs Ropes Crossing and Cambridge park.
About the Role:
As an Acting Cluster Manager you wont just be a leader but a guardian ensuring the safety of clients within your cluster and creating a welcoming home for all.
Your main responsibility will be empowering Site Managers across your cluster. Youll drive process improvements foster a risk-aware culture and create spaces where clients feel safe and supported in achieving their independent living goals.

We are aware there are quite a few compliance checks (listed below) for this role however whats important to us is that you have regular access to your own car and a P2 NSW Drivers License or higher and ability to work 9-5pm Monday to Friday and support on-call on an alternate roster.
