Lead and manage end-to-end Oracle ERP implementation projects including Oracle
-
EBS (2 3 implementations) and Oracle Fusion (1 2 implementations).

Drive project activities such as solution design data migration integration and change management.

Conduct To-Be Process Design Fit-Gap Analysis and RICEFW (Reports Interfaces Conversions Extensions Forms and Workflows) Management.

Define and execute data migration strategies and lead integration testing and user

acceptance testing (UAT) support.

Provide expertise in one or more Oracle ERP modules Financials SCM HCM or technical areas such as OTBI/BIP OIC or APEX.

Effectively manage a team of functional/technical consultants and ensure timely project delivery.

Engage with clients to understand business requirements and provide optimal ERP solutions.

Support pre-sales and sales efforts including solution presentations proposal preparation and client interactions.

Foster strong team collaboration and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
