You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailCommercial and Residential Management Group (CRMG) is looking for Property Manager with amazing attention to detail and exceptional customer service for 128-unit the apartment community of Meadow Crest Apartments in Vancouver WA. Amenities at this property include a pool and clubhouse.
The Property Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day property management including marketing maintaining property integrity screening prospective residents collecting rents serving notices developing reports and preparing agreements.

Location: Meadow Crest Vancouver WA
Hourly Rate: $28.00 - $30.00/hr.
Schedule: FT Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM
Weekly Contracted Hours: 40hrs
Additional Compensation: A monthly $50.00 cell phone stipend and mileage reimbursement for business-related travels.

The Property Manager will be eligible for benefits on the first of the month following 30 days of employment.
