Manage full-cycle recruitment for frontline roles (Drivers Dispatchers Helpers Supervisors)
Partner with operations to forecast hiring needs and meet headcount goals
Source candidates through job boards social media referrals and community outreach
Represent GFL at local job fairs schools workforce centers and hiring events
Coordinate interviews offers background checks and onboarding steps
Maintain applicant tracking through our ATS (Workday)
Ensure compliance with DOT CDL and local hiring regulations
Provide weekly recruiting metrics and status updates to leadership
2-4 years of recruiting experience (high-volume field or frontline hiring preferred)
Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
Familiarity with DOT/CDL driver recruitment is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable traveling locally within Orange County (valid drivers license required)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary education preferred
