Job Description
LIM Group is a global leader in high-end equestrian equipment known for its prestigious brands DEVOUCOUX CWD and BUTET. With around twenty subsidiaries in Europe and North America LIM Group combines traditional craftsmanship and cutting-edge technology partnering with the worlds top riders.
To support the continuous improvement of our operations in North America we are looking for a Process & Lean Management Intern to help structure and optimize internal workflows across key departments.
Missions :
Based in our Wellington (FL) office and reporting to the local operations management you will work cross-functionally with the Sales Administration Supply Chain After-Sales and Business Support teams. Your main objective: analyze standardize and improve processes while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a 12 month minimum internship with an anticipated start date of September 2025.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing current operational workflows and identifying inefficiencies or areas for improvement
- Participating in the implementation of Lean tools and methods (5S standardization visual management etc.)
- Writing and deploying Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Assisting in the design and tracking of performance indicators (KPIs)
- Supporting and co-leading continuous improvement projects across teams
- Participating in internal audits and contributing to corrective action plans
- Assist the departments with the change of ERP
Job Requirements :
- You are pursuing a degree in engineering supply chain industrial management or similar with a focus on Lean methods or operations
- You are looking for a long-term internship (12 months) or gap year experience
- You are analytical organized self-motivated and detail-oriented
- You have excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel Word PowerPoint)
- Fluent in English French or Spanish is a plus
- An interest in the equestrian world is appreciated but not required
