About the Role
- As part of the legal team you support in all legal matters of the company with a focus on real estate law corporate law labor law data protection regulatory as well as other areas of law and legal operations
- Implement policies and procedures to ensure legal best practices across the company and its over 20 subsidiaries
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Lead risk management initiatives to proactively identify and mitigate legal risks
- Provide legal support in labor and employment matters ensuring alignment with the companys policies
- Manage relationships with external law firms ensuring cost-effective and high-quality legal support
- Draft review and negotiate complex agreements including commercial partnership employee and vendor contracts
- Learn through osmosis and collaborate cross-functionally to educate and train teams on legal and regulatory requirements
- Keep the company up-to-date on changing laws regulations and industry standards
About You
- 2 years of legal experience within an international and fast paced context ideally in both law firm and in-house counsel settings
- German Second State Exam and ideally admission to the bar
- Perfectly fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to drive favorable outcomes in high-stakes situations
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in working autonomously and leading legal strategies with limited oversight
- Driven high agency and relentlessly resourceful
