Job Description
RN-Post Anesthesia-08-Week Assignment
- Location: Rochester NY 14626
- Shift: 10-hour Eve shift
- Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week
- Weekly Pay Rate: $2080 $2200
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and assess patients vital signs consciousness levels and pain management post-anesthesia
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments as directed by physicians
- Respond promptly to patient needs and post-operative complications
- Provide immediate care and interventions as necessary
- Collaborate with the surgical team and other healthcare professionals for optimal recovery
Requirements:
- Active New York State RN license
- BLS and ACLS certification required
- Previous experience in PACU ICU or a similar critical care environment
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork
