Job Description
Facility: Signature Healthcare Brockton Hospital
Location: 680 Centre St Brockton MA 02302
Job Type: Permanent Full-Time
Shift: Day Shift (8-Hour Days)
Salary Range: $28.50 $55.00 per hour
Sign-On Bonus: Discussed during interview
- Conduct psychosocial assessments and evaluations for adolescent and adult patients.
- Assist with admission processes including voluntary and emergency detentions.
- Coordinate care across inpatient and outpatient settings; refer patients to appropriate community resources.
- Collaborate with physicians nurses law enforcement and family members to develop effective treatment plans.
- Participate in performance improvement and community outreach efforts.
- Ensure compliance with clinical protocols and standards of care.
- Licensure: Must be a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in psychiatric or behavioral health settings.
- Education: Masters degree in Social Work required.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Population Experience: Must have experience working with both adolescent and adult populations.
- Competitive hourly rate: $28.50 $55.00
