Overview:

As the Sales Account Manager at Pipeline Medical youll drive profitable growth and deliver a best-in-class customer experience for our innovative Pharmacy Hub. This first-of-its-kind marketplace allows medical clinics to seamlessly order patient prescriptions directly from compounding pharmacies alongside their medical surgical and pharmaceutical supplies transforming how clinics manage operations and patient care.

Having successfully completed a soft launch we are now looking for a dynamic professional to work closely with Pipeline Medicals executive team to scale and grow this exciting new division. Initially youll have end-to-end accountability for day-to-day operations customer engagement order fulfillment and business growth. Your strategic and hands-on leadership will ensure smooth prescription management enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue expansion. As the division stabilizes and expands youll build and manage a dedicated team reporting directly to the CEO. This role is ideal for a pharmacy-trained professional passionate about commercial operations customer success and strategic growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day to day point of contact for all things related to the Pharmacy Hub business line. Make precise and accurate decisions based on limited information to have both the customer s and company s best interests in mind.
  • Increase same location sales and margin. By offering and providing value for additional products and solutions for your customers.
  • Monitor fulfillment processes. Identify gaps and provide reactive solutions as well as proactive process improvements to increase fulfillment rates and streamline operational SOPs.
  • Provide new operational efficiency and cost savings to the company. Provide back office support and guidance to the customer support team
  • Be the first line of communication with Pharmacy Hub customers providing follow up on recent orders shipping status delays and rescheduling deliveries as needed
  • Cross sell customers with medical supplies pharmaceutical products and medical aesthetics to operate their medical offices daily operations.
  • Build quarterly growth plans and execute product promotions launches and upsell initiatives for assigned practices.
  • Deliver data-driven quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to practice owners and other stakeholders.
  • Forecast and report pipeline revenue and churn risk weekly.
  • Coordinate the complete order-to-cash workflow order entry same-day dispense carrier routing invoicing and cash application while meeting the 4 pm ET ship SLA.
  • Set monitor and adjust inventory allocations; initiate substitutions or back-order recovery actions when needed.
  • Lead continuous-improvement projects that cut costs or cycle time across fulfillment and customer-support processes.
  • Act as the first-line escalation point; resolve complex logistic clinical or billing issues within agreed SLAs.
  • Track support tickets maintain an average first-response time under 90 minutes and coach customer-support specialists.

Qualifications:

  • Pharmacy background: active pharmacist or pharmacy-technician license or 4 yrs hands-on experience in pharmacy sales operations compounding or pharmaceutical distribution.
  • 4 yrs account-management / commercial operations experience in pharma medical-supply medical aesthetics or medical related fields.
  • 2 yrs providing customer service to medical practices
  • Advanced Excel/Sheets (look-ups pivots) and familiarity with CRM/ERP (NetSuite Salesforce ShipStation etc.).
  • Proven history of exceeding revenue or satisfaction targets.
  • Clear confident communicator able to make time-critical decisions with incomplete data. Experience communicating directly with business owners and providing consultative selling

Job Location: Remote

Base Salary: $50000 - $70000

Reports To: CEO

Commission: Yes based on revenue and account performance metrics
