This is a remote position.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage inbound and outbound communication with customers and technicians via phone and email.
- Coordinate technician schedules job updates and follow-ups.
- Generate review and send out service reports and job cards.
- Track part orders and communicate ETAs clearly to clients.
- Review service contracts to determine if works are chargeable.
- Raise manage and follow up on quotes for repairs.
- Create and maintain contracts recurring charges and CPI increases in SimPro.
- Invoice clients per service agreements; resolve discrepancies with the accounts team.
- Approve supplier and contractor invoices via Xero and update records in SimPro.
- Provide administrative support to managers and the CEO including calendar coordination reporting and general task management.
- Assist in maintaining documentation and internal workflows.
Requirements
- Proven experience with SimPro and Xero.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Outlook Excel Word Teams).
- Comfortable working full-time remotely during UK business hours.
- 5 10 years experience in a similar administrative or operational support role.
