Work Arrangements


Location: TTDI


On-Site with options to WFH on either Mon or Fri.

7am - 4pm 8am-5pm or 9am - 6pm


Job Summary


This person is responsible for supporting the Brand Manager in overseeing the full spectrum of marketing and professional service activities including but not limited to the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing calendar campaigns product launches and events.


This person will also support the delivery of professional services which involves driving a broad range of initiatives and ensuring a strong pipeline of creative impactful and effective programs to achieve the brand s business objectives.

Responsibility


  • Assist and support the immediate superior in planning all brand activities including launches marketing plans and consumer events to drive brand awareness and sales offtake.


  • Execute manage and coordinate marketing and professional service tasks plans campaigns projects and logistics liaising with both internal and external parties to ensure on-time delivery of key objectives.


  • Maintain the company s social media profiles and presence including Facebook the company website and potentially additional channels such as Google YouTube etc.


  • Conduct regular market/competitor intelligence activities including benchmarking pricing and demand.


  • Contribute to the development of marketing plans and strategies.


  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and industry codes of ethics.


  • Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.



Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG consumer marketing or the healthcare industry.


  • Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Marketing Economics or a related field.


  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.


  • Attentive to detail resourceful and self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.


  • Able to work independently.

Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG, consumer marketing or the healthcare industry. Diploma or Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
