The Graphic Designer creates visual concepts and designs digital and print promotional advertising/marketing pieces such as brochures emails mailers websites digital ad campaigns core selling tools and video graphics from concept to completion through close work with internal team members. The Graphic Designer is highly motivated with a thorough knowledge of Mac operating system and professional design applications (InDesign Illustrator Photoshop Sketch and PowerPoint). This person demonstrates a strong sense of design coupled with technical ability. The Graphic Designer is a self-starter with the ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic team environment while assuming accountability for accuracy integrity and timeliness of the finished assignment.
Job Duties
- Creates visual concepts designs and formats various print and digital materials
- Create comps or mockups for client presentation and review
- Incorporate internal team reviewers and client changes to layouts
- Manage creative execution of individual projects from initiation through to completion
- Maintain quality control and adherence to agency processes and procedures
- Collaborate with individual team members and groups from various departments including Account Services Project Management Editorial Services and Medical Services
- Communicate regularly with manager and team regarding workload and status of current projects
- Assist in trafficking workflow between Creative Services and Project Management
- Assist in preparing and manage materials for print production with external vendors

Qualifications :
Requirements
- Associates degree in design or related field or equivalent experience; Bachelors degree (fine arts discipline) preferred
- Minimum 1 year of studio experience preferably in medical communications or related field
Preferred Skills/Experience
- 1-2 years experience specifically working as a graphic designer
- Familiarity with agency workflow process
- Healthcare advertising agency background a plus
Working Conditions
