Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and highly organized Administrative Assistant to join our growing team in New Orleans. In this role you will provide crucial administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and assist our leadership team in day-to-day tasks. You will be instrumental in managing schedules communications documentation and internal coordination.
Responsibilities
Manage calendars appointments and meetings for leadership and staff
Prepare and organize documents reports and presentations
Handle incoming and outgoing communications (email phone mail)
Assist with office supply management and administrative inventory
Maintain accurate filing systems (digital and physical)
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting
Support planning of company meetings and internal events
Perform general clerical duties and assist in project tracking
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality with all interactions
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and a proactive attitude
High school diploma required; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
