We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Account Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. In this role you will be responsible for managing relationships resolving concerns and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic account support. Responsibilities
Serve as the main liaison between clients and internal departments

Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Communications or related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in client service account management or customer relations
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Problem-solving mindset with a high attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
